Within each of us is a place of perfect peace, truth and healing. It is our own actual self though we do not see it. This confusion gives rise to insecurity, anxiety and much suffering. The steps to reveal this inner perfection and beauty constitute a science of the Soul, a journey of return to our Spiritual Nature, which is freedom and happiness. I will be sharing my understanding of this journey and the practices which enable it to be undertaken successfully. I will be referring to my own direct personal experience, with some transmitted knowledge of Spiritual Teachings from Yoga and Sufi Traditions. I hope you will join me in this magical place for an unforgettable experience!!
The Retreat is about Yoga in the Classical sense, spiritual union. It is of interest to anyone who is a spiritual seeker, or who is looking to resolve emotional issues, who is lost or confused, or who just wants to relax in a beautiful setting. The retreat will explain what spirituality is, what Self Realization is, and how one can achieve spiritual freedom, which is a condition of eternal life within everyday living. As the Sufis say “Being in the world, not of it.” I will be explaining directly from my own experience with occasional reference to certain texts. The idea is to present practices that work, and to communicate spiritual realization in a clear manner. In the end, there is no path, no change required, no raising of vibration or other “mechanistic” requirements, all that is required is the clear seeing of what is already the case. Spiritual practice and teaching serves only to remove the veils to true vision, so that you see who you are, were and always will be. Truth is healing. When we discover our true nature, emotional suffering which is based on fear and separation and vulnerability, simply no longer have a basis, and they melt away like shadows. The result is a feeling of invincibility and complete safety, we can finally relax.

About Nemir Adjina
I am a teacher of truth and a healer. Having realized the truth through the practice of Yoga, and Sufism I am now duty bound to share it. I started Meditating at 16 , became involved with Sufism 26, and Yoga at 31. My meditation involved experiences of the light, and encounter with huge and powerful energies. My involvement with Sufism included ethics and constant Dhikr or remembrance and attention to the Heart. Practicing Yoga in the Tradition of Sri Krishnamacharya I was finally freed from my conditioning and ignorance and obtained understanding, a process aided by Grace. I am author of a book about self realization (SHINE – Yoga and Self Realization). I teach the truth as I see it, using the methods of Classical Yoga.
