Rachel Zitin
Rachel has been teaching yoga for 5 years and is trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, and Yin Yoga. She is also a certified Body-Oriented Coach, focusing on transformational coaching and using somatics to unlock the body’s hidden wisdom and enable her clients to grow past their own limiting beliefs. Through teaching yoga, she has been able to connect to the joy and exuberance that lives inside everyone, which inspires her in teaching others. She wants students to feel comfortable, yet challenged, nourished, yet inspired to go deeper. Her focus is on gently aligning breath with movement and helping students find the space where they can flow, trust themselves and follow their own inner guidance. Her overall goal is for retreat guests to have a truly embodied experience that they can take with them off the mat, as well.
