In the quiet hills of Umbria, surrounded by forest and open landscapes, Eremito offers a rare place to slow down and reconnect with the rhythms of body and nature.
During this five-day retreat, Fascial Flow® becomes a gentle thread woven into the daily rhythm of the monastery. Through simple practices of sensing, subtle movement and presence, the retreat invites participants to restore vitality and deepen their awareness of the body.
Please note that the Fascial Flow teaching during this retreat will be conducted in Danish.
About Fascial Flow®
Fascial Flow® supports restoration, vitality and self-care.
The practice invites a sensing and attentive way of being in the body. Through tissue awareness and gentle micro-movements, it supports flexibility in the nervous system and the body’s ability to orient itself in the present moment.
Fascial Flow® is a body-oriented approach rooted in the anatomy and qualities of fascia, neurophysiology and somatic learning.
The Setting
Eremito is a small monastic retreat nestled in the hills of Umbria, surrounded by forest and silence. Life here follows a simple and contemplative rhythm inspired by monastic traditions.
Meals are homemade, vegetarian and prepared with local ingredients. They serve as an integral part of the daily rhythm and contribute to the nourishing atmosphere of the retreat.
Fascial Flow sessions will take place in the beautiful practice hall overlooking the valley and are intended to integrate naturally with the quiet atmosphere of the place.
Pernille will be present throughout the retreat, offering both teaching and space for informal conversations and reflection.
Partners or friends are welcome to join the stay. They may choose to participate in the Fascial Flow sessions or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Eremito.
You can see a beautiful documentary about Eremito from the Danish television series Wild Hotels (Vilde Hoteller) here:
