This five-day experience takes us to a place where time seems to stand still. An ancient monastery, nestled within a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Stone, vastness, structure – and a surprising amount of gentleness.

We begin together in Rome and arrive at a place where nothing is rushed – and in doing so, everything becomes clear.

Consciousness is not viewed in isolation here, but rather experienced on different levels.

Silence is part of the experience, but not permanent.

Fasting is integrated, but consciously limited to two days.

In between: depth, movement, exchange.

Yoga, bodywork, massages.

Time for integration. Time for conversations. Time for retreat.

Not as a wellness sequence, but as a finely tuned composition that allows clarity to emerge – without pressure.
